GRANULATED
Chalk lime
Our product chalk lime is a lime fertilizer. It is suitable for use under all crops and for all soil types, regardless of their mineral composition. It can be used in combination with other fertilizers except ammonium saltpetre, ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulphate.
After checking the pH value of the soil, we can determine the dose of fertilizer that will be needed to make the effects noticeable at the first harvest.
The granulated chalk lime has a beneficial effect on the soil when dosed correctly per hectare.
Recommended dosage of our fertilizer:
- 300 kg to 400 kg per 1 hectare - slightly acidic soils
- 400 kg to 500 kg per 1 hectare - moderately acidic soils
- 500 kg to 600 kg per 1 hectare - strongly acidic soils
Scope of application of the fertilizer
The fertilizer is intended for use on field, garden, orchard, grassland and post-harvest crops, on all soils, irrespective of their mechanical composition. It gives good results in fertilizing meadows, pastures and permanent plantations, as well as in orchards and gardens. It deacidifies the soil, while improving its chemical and physical structure.
Application quantity of fertilizer
The doses of fertilizer should be selected in each case depending on the type and pH value of the soil, the abundance of soil and the plants grown. If fertilizer is used to plants as a sidedress application, the dose should not exceed 500 kg CaO/ha.
Method and time of fertilizer application
The fertilizer may be applied in the period from spring to late autumn, before soil cultivation, or as a sidedress application, when the conditions for the growth of crops allow it. The fertilizer should be spread evenly over the field surface using available fertilizer spreaders or manually, each time in such a way that fields and crops not intended to be fertilized with this fertilizer cannot be fertilized. In the case of pre-sowing application of the fertilizer, it is recommended to mix it evenly into the soil to a depth of 20 cm.
Store the fertilizer in individual packages (big-bags), at most in two vertical layers. Advice on precautions for storage and use of the fertilizer. The fertilizer is not hazardous when used as intended. Eye protection, respiratory protective equipment and protective gloves are recommended when handling the fertilizer. If eyes are dirty, rinse with plenty of clean water. The fertilizer may be harmful to humans and animals if ingested. In cases of alarming symptoms in humans or animals, seek immediate medical attention.
